H & J Cabinets was founded in 1988 by Joe Worland with a clear vision of building cabinetry the right way, with precision, durability, and attention to detail at every stage. The company began as a small shop in Anaheim, taking on projects throughout the local area and steadily building a reputation for quality work.
As demand grew, so did the scope of the business. What started with local projects expanded into work across Orange County, then throughout California, and eventually into projects across multiple states. Each stage of growth was driven by the same commitment to craftsmanship and consistency that defined the company from the beginning.
Joe's background in the Marine Corps played a foundational role in shaping that approach. Discipline, accountability, and a high standard of execution remain embedded in how the company operates today.
While H & J Cabinets has grown into a team of nearly 100 professionals, the core philosophy has never changed. Every project is built with the same level of care, precision, and pride that the company was founded on.
